Nexis Newsdesk® Admin Users have access to additional features. Admins may have access to all of the additional features or only a subset.
- The Manage Themes feature allows users to create and manage branded Newsletters. For more information, see Manage Newsletter Themes on Newsdesk .
- Under the Share tab, the Newsletters subtab offers Admins the ability to search, view, and edit all Newsletters being used by all users across the organization. For more information, see Manage Newsletters on Newsdesk .
- Manage Recipients offers Admins the ability to create new recipients Users and Groups in order to better manage and track Newsletters recipients receive. For more information, see Manage Recipients on Newsdesk .
- The Usage Stats feature allows Admins to view a variety of account statistics, usage, and User details the organization's Newsdesk account. For more information, see Admin Usage Stats Feature (Reports and Adding Users) on Newsdesk .
- Shared Asset Transfer which allows Admin users to move Newsdesk created content from one user to another. For more information, see Transferring Ownership of Newsletters, Searches, and Source Lists on Newsdesk (Shared Asset Transfer) .
